Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her college studies. In 2015, she continued her path from last year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card to get her degree from college. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. This is made up of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as the seated rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
