Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings thirty years of experience to the table. She has worked with top executives across a variety of industries, helping them improve their businesses, particularly during times of rapid development. Her work as a partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have been a part of organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. Infatuated by the leadership of teams, she views the development of teams and their learning being the key to an advantage in the marketplace. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and trained managers who have shown the results and success. Her work helped to create cultures within organizations which promote innovation in learning as well as beneficial change for people and teams. Annmarie dedicates time and talent in the field of Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several other non profit organizations. In the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie is committing her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work.
